Set Up A Successful Corporate Field Trip with a Pre-Tour Meeting

A pre-tour meeting with the Corporate Host and a I Heart Military Representative to create a mutually beneficial event.

Features of the Corporate Field Trip hosted by Human Resources will include a company tour, sharing the Corporate Culture, benefits, various career paths, and resumé tips.


Before the Event

Participants Receive Corporate Hosts Receive
  • Names of participants with a brief description.


  • 24 annual Corporate Field Trip Announcements to active duty Navy and Marine Families in San Diego County to include Camp Pendleton, Miramar, Naval Base San Diego (32nd St.), Coronado, and Imperial Beach. Minimum of 30,000 emails monthly.
  • Inclusion in Corporate Field Trip Presentation on Corporate Host Site.
  • Inclusion in PR sent to newspapers, radio, and television. One per month
  • Twenty Ten Second Ad Billboard on NBC Television and Digital.
  • Inclusion in Corporate Field Trip video made available on IHeartMilitary.com and woundedwarriorsupportnetwork.org
  • Sponsor identification on I Heart Military Journey to Workforce Engagement website application providing tools to choose schools, tools, and employment.
  • Use of Corporate Field Trip video/photos in public relations.
